Refund policy

Flatware sets and other kitchen utensils – Due to hygienic reasons all sales are final.

Exchange is only available if the product is damaged on arrival. We must be notified of the defect in 3 days and the Item must be returned within 3 business days of delivery date. Tracking number and description of defect must be sent to  flatwareonthego@gmail.com before return. Once the product has been shipped back to us, a replacement will be sent out.

If we make a mistake on your order, please send a picture of the defect.   We will happily send out the correct item free of charge.

If we successfully mail and the post office delivers your product and it is stolen/taken from your home, we are not responsible for replacing your product.  It will be necessary for you to file a report with the authorities.
